Shipping Clerk

Located in scenic northwestern Wisconsin just 90 miles from Minneapolis, RLWS offers big city careers in a small-town atmosphere. We are seeking a Shipping Clerk to join our Shipping team. The Shipping Clerk will perform the following tasks and functions: Process paperwork including customs paperwork, Shippers Export Declaration, NAFTA, SGS inspections, Certification of Origin, Commercial Invoice, Caribbean Common Market, Bills of Lading and others Assist with allocating labor between the packing stations Troubleshoots issues pertaining to sales orders, inventory discrepancies, and electronic processing Efficiently utilize all internal shipping software to complete all tasks All other functions as assigned This position is Regular Full-Time with a core schedule of Monday – Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. Will work 10:00 am to 6:30 pm on a rotational basis with the rest of the team. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent One (1) or more years shipping experience within a distribution warehouse environment Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent trouble shooting and problem-solving skills High attention to detail Computer skills- Microsoft Office Suite Strong reading skills Strong number recognition skills Good basic math skills Good understanding of basic warehousing Certificates, licenses, training, or other job-related requirements: Valid WI Drivers License No current restrictions prohibiting lifting up to 50 lbs Current Forklift Operators License preferred US Bureau of Industry & Security Training for licensing of exports via AES preferred RLWS is a successful, energetic, customer-driven organization that offers competitive wages, great working conditions, medical, dental, vision, flexible spending, disability, life, 200 hours of PTO, holidays, 401k, and wellness benefit programs.
