This role plays a critical part in maintaining inventory accuracy, preparing shipping documentation, tracking shipments, and supporting production and customer delivery requirements. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. LOCATION: This is a full-time, in-office position based in Cincinnati, Ohio area COMPENSATION: Starting at $19.00 per hour based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated expertise. STAY BONUS: Front Office, Wearhouse and Production Total Bonus of $1000 General Operators & Maintenance Technicians Total Bonus of $1500 Specialized Operators Total Bonus $2500 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Shipping & Receiving Operations Shipment Documentation & Label Creation Inventory Tracking & Record Maintenance Order Verification & Accuracy Checks Carrier Coordination & Shipment Scheduling Material Receiving & Processing Quality & Compliance Support Cross Department Coordination QUALIFICATIONS: Required High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Ability to read and interpret shipping documents, packing slips, and work orders. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required up to 50 pounds. Preferred Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience. Experience with UPS, FedEx, or other shipping software and carrier systems. Experience working with inventory management or ERP systems. Forklift experience or certification. WHY JOIN KDM?
