As we continue expanding our footprint in the United States, we are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage our US supply chain operations and ensure smooth coordination between our Ukraine-based teams, US warehousing partners, and retail clients. Position Overview In this role, you will be the bridge between our overseas manufacturing/export team in Ukraine and our US logistics infrastructure. You will oversee inbound container tracking, outbound order fulfillment, warehouse inventory control, and logistics cost optimization. This is an ideal role for an experienced logistics professional who thrives in cross-border supply chain operations and enjoys working in an agile, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Inbound Logistics Coordination ○ Track inbound container lead times. ○ Coordinate with the UA outbound team to align and resolve inbound shipment discrepancies. ○ Work with international freight and transportation service providers to handle and resolve operational and dispute issues. Warehouse, Inventory & CHEP Management ○ Resolve delivery and inventory discrepancies with warehouse and transportation providers. ○ Perform monthly inventory level checks for VAN warehouses. ○ Manage CHEP-related processes and communication. ○ Manage display repack projects with warehouse providers. Customer Requirements & New Launch Support ○ Support USA and UA teams with new customer launches. ○ Review and analyze new customer requirements to ensure compliance with order preparation, labeling, shipping, and delivery expectations. ○ Align warehouse providers with customer requirements to ensure compliant order preparation and delivery. Logistics Cost Control & Reporting ○ Review and analyze logistics reports by region to understand transportation and warehouse-related expenses. ○ Monitor logistics costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization. ○ Analyze the logistics market and maintain ongoing communication with providers to compare rates and service capabilities. Provider Sourcing & Performance Management ○ Search for and evaluate new warehouse and transportation logistics providers. ○ Monitor provider performance, including service quality, responsiveness, cost, and issue resolution. ○ Manage escalations for operational issues related to warehouse, transportation, inventory, and customer delivery requirements. Cross-Functional Coordination & Process Improvement ○ Coordinate cross-functionally between USA, UA, warehouse providers, transportation partners, and customer service teams. ○ Support process improvements related to warehouse operations, transportation, customer launches, and logistics cost control. Required Qualifications U.S. Logistics Expertise: Direct, hands-on experience in U.S. logistics, 3PL management, freight forwarding, and domestic transportation. Language Skills: Fluent English (written and spoken) for daily partner and vendor communication. Fluent Ukrainian (written and spoken) to ensure seamless, real-time collaboration with our headquarters in Ukraine. Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to audit logistics invoices, manage inventory counts, and spot discrepancies quickly.
