Shipping and Receiving Supervisor

Job Description This position is responsible for handling incoming materials, outgoing shipments, inventory organization, and supporting daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and able to maintain accuracy while meeting shipping deadlines. Responsibilities Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage Verify packing slips, purchase orders, and inventory quantities Supervise daily shipping and receiving activities, ensuring all processes align with company standards and safety regulations. Coordinate with warehouse teams to manage inventory control, utilizing warehouse management systems for accurate tracking. Prepare, package, and label outgoing customer orders and freight shipments Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records Organize warehouse inventory and materials Assist with inventory counts and stock control Coordinate shipments with carriers including UPS, FedEx, and freight companies Support production teams by delivering materials as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Follow company safety and quality procedures Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse distribution or logistics management within a fast-paced environment. Experience in manufacturing or cosmetic/consumer goods industry is a plus Computer and data entry skills. Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Forklift experience or certification Schedule Full-time Monday to Friday Day shift - 6am - 2:30pm Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: Health insurance Work Location: In person
