We're currently hiring two Fulfillment & Operations Associates and one Fulfillment Team Lead. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys staying busy, working with merchandise, learning new skills, and being part of a growing business. Our company is expanding quickly, and we're looking for individuals who can help establish the systems, organization, and daily operations that will support our long-term success. This is a shipping-heavy position. The majority of your initial responsibilities will involve processing, picking, packing, and shipping customer orders. As our company grows, opportunities will expand into inventory management, product acquisition, logistics, operational coordination, and leadership. We're looking for people who are willing to roll up their sleeves, take initiative, and help wherever needed. Primary ResponsibilitiesOrder Fulfillment & Shipping (Primary Focus) Accurately pick, sort, organize, and package customer orders. Process a high volume of daily shipments efficiently and accurately. Use computers and order management software to locate, track, and process orders. Print shipping labels and operate shipping printers, digital scales, and fulfillment equipment. Verify merchandise, quantities, and order accuracy before shipment. Prepare outgoing shipments and coordinate package organization for carrier pickup. Troubleshoot basic shipping, labeling, and order processing issues. Meet daily shipping deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality. Help develop and improve fulfillment procedures as order volume increases. Inventory Management & Product Organization Receive, unload, count, inspect, and organize incoming merchandise. Sort clothing by brand, size, style, category, and condition. Label, categorize, and organize merchandise for efficient storage and retrieval. Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized systems. Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and merchandise tracking. Organize clothing racks, storage shelves, bins, and fulfillment areas. Identify damaged, defective, or incorrectly labeled products. Prepare merchandise for upcoming sales and daily operations. Product Acquisition & Business Development Support As employees gain experience, additional responsibilities may include: Assisting with merchandise pickups from suppliers and distribution locations. Helping receive and process bulk merchandise purchases and liquidation inventory. Supporting product research, sorting, and merchandise evaluation. Assisting with inventory purchasing logistics and supplier coordination. Helping identify merchandise categories and products for future sales. Supporting the organization and expansion of our product acquisition operations. Daily Business Operations Assist ownership and management with day-to-day business activities. Help organize daily workflows and prioritize operational tasks. Maintain an organized, efficient, and professional workspace. Keep packing stations, shipping areas, inventory racks, and storage locations clean and orderly. Dispose of packaging materials, cardboard, and waste appropriately. Keep shipping supplies stocked and notify management when materials need replenishment. Assist with receiving deliveries, organizing supplies, and preparing work areas.
