Shipping and Receiving Specialist
J-Kraft Inc.Job Summary As a Shipping and Receiving Specialist, you’ll keep warehouse operations moving by coordinating incoming and outgoing goods, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting timely order fulfillment. You’ll use warehouse management systems and inventory management software to track shipments, verify data, and help ensure products are handled and routed correctly. Duties Receive, inspect, and record shipments; resolve discrepancies and update inventory using data entry software. Pick, pack, package, stock, and stage orders; load and unload freight using equipment such as a pallet jack, order picker, or forklift. Use Microsoft Office tools to support order picking, inventory management, and shipment documentation. Your impact: Accurate receiving and order fulfillment help customers and internal teams get the right products when they need them. Qualifications Warehouse experience and familiarity with warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, logistics, and picking and packing. Basic math, careful recordkeeping, and data entry skills; able to learn or use inventory management software. Customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly while coordinating with coworkers, carriers, and other teams. Preferred: Experience with a forklift, pallet jack, order picker, or RF scanner.
