Hotline Delivery Systems is looking for a dependable Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our team! WHAT YOU'LL DO Process and manage inbound and outbound shipping and receiving paperwork. Verify shipment information, quantities, and documentation for accuracy. Inspect incoming and outgoing freight for damages, shortages, and discrepancies. Match freight to bills of lading (BOLs) and shipping documents. Enter and update shipment information in the warehouse management system. Communicate with drivers, forklift operators, and warehouse personnel. Identify and resolve paperwork or freight discrepancies. Help maintain an organized, efficient, and productive warehouse operation. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Previous warehouse clerical, shipping, or receiving experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. Basic computer skills and data entry experience. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Reliable, motivated, and ready to be part of a team. WHY JOIN HOTLINE?
