Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Corvid Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Shipping and Receiving Clerk to support our Goldbug Manufacturing team. This role is responsible for receiving and inspecting incoming materials, verifying shipments against purchase orders, and accurately recording receipts in our ERP system. The ideal candidate is organized and helps keep inventory accurate and materials ready for production. Key Responsibilities Receive and unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment Verify part numbers, quantities, and materials against purchase orders and packing slips Inspect deliveries for damage, defects, or shortages, using basic measuring tools as needed Accurately record incoming materials in the company's ERP system Report shipment discrepancies or quality concerns to purchasing and quality teams Label and move materials to designated storage locations or stage them for production Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area Qualifications: Candidate must be a US Citizen High School diploma or equivalent 1+ years of experience in a warehouse, shipping and receiving, or manufacturing environment Experience entering receipts and tracking inventory in an ERP system Ability to inspect materials for damage and verify part numbers, quantities, and specifications Forklift and pallet jack experience is a plus Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds About Corvid: Corvid Technologies is a unique organization focused on analyzing, developing and manufacturing next generation technology for Aerospace, DoW, and commercial customers.
