Duties Receive incoming shipments by inspecting, verifying, and documenting deliveries using inventory management software and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling orders accurately for delivery or transfer. Ensure compliance with shipping logistics standards, trade regulations, and international trade laws during all shipping & receiving activities. Coordinate with carriers, couriers, and freight companies to schedule pickups and deliveries while tracking shipment status. Support warehouse distribution efforts by stocking shelves, organizing stock areas, and assisting with order picking & packing tasks. Assist with packaging products securely for shipment to minimize damage during transit. Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve shipping issues promptly and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Skills Strong knowledge of inventory management techniques and warehouse distribution processes. Familiarity with shipping logistics, order fulfillment procedures, and international trade regulations. Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly for inventory counts and shipment measurements. Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members, carriers, and customers.
