Shipping and Receiving Associate

Responsibilities: Use RF Scanner to scan orders Receiving orders into SAP inventory system Maintaining orderly warehouse Develop First In/First Out processes. Picking/Packing/Shipping orders for customers Ensure all items are correctly labeled and documented Loading/Unloading De-palletizing inbound shipments Behavioral Aptitude: Must be able to follow instructions and operate within policies and procedures Clear verbal and written communication skills High level of positive morale Goal oriented Maintain safe working environment by following safety procedures and guidelines Qualifications Proven experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment Strong shipping and receiving skills Familiarity with order fulfillment processes Proficient in using RF scanners and order pickers Basic math skills for inventory management Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members Knowledge of forklift operation and warehouse management systems is desirable Be able to work in a fast paced environment Summary As a Shipping and Receiving Associate, you will be essential in managing the flow of goods within our distribution center. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, your primary responsibilities will include shipping and receiving products, order fulfillment, and inventory management. Your core skills in warehouse operations, along with proficiency in using RF scanners and basic math, will ensure accuracy in all processes. Additionally, your experience with forklifts and warehouse management systems will enhance efficiency. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour Work Location: In person
