Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping and Receiving Clerk . The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the flow of goods in and out of our warehouse, ensuring that all shipments are processed accurately and efficiently. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate would also be someone who can multi-task and help between Retail Store front and warehouse. Duties Manage the shipping and receiving processes, including loading and unloading shipments. Perform order fulfillment tasks to ensure timely delivery of products. Furniture assembly Shipment claims & damaged product documentation Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels. Prepare shipping documentation and labels for outgoing shipments. Collaborate with team members to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards. Utilize basic computer (Quickbooks ) for inventory management and order processing. Help with tasking in-store with furniture & display moves. Customer carry-outs & Furniture pickups Assist on computers and checkout as a cashier if needed in Retail store Qualifications Previous experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse operations is preferred but not needed. Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively. Basic math skills for accurate order processing and inventory management. Ability to lift heavy items as required during loading/unloading tasks. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and vendors.
