Shipper/Receiver/Forklift Operator

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shipper/Receiver/Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods, ensuring smooth warehouse/yard operations. Your expertise with forklift operation/ telehandler operation, warehouse management , and order fulfillment will be key to maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety. Duties Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and transport materials within the facility Receive incoming shipments by verifying quantities and inspecting goods against purchase orders Prepare outgoing shipments by packaging products securely and accurately picking orders and preparing them to ship. Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and proper handling procedures Maintain accurate records of inventory movements in systems such as netsuite Handle inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock organization to support warehouse accuracy Ensure all shipping & receiving activities comply with company policies, safety standards, and quality controls Qualifications Proven experience operating forklifts, telehandlers, or similar warehouse equipment; certification is preferred understanding of warehouse distribution processes including shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, and order picking Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing Prior experience in distribution/retail yard/ warehouses is a plus Knowledge of packaging techniques to ensure products are shipped securely Excellent attention to detail combined with physical stamina for load & unload tasks reliable transportation is a must, as transit does not get you there in time. Read, speak and write english fluently. We will train the right person who is a great fit for this small but dynamic team.
