SHIPPER/FRAMER

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shipper / Framer to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately packing, labeling, and preparing products for shipment while ensuring all items meet quality standards and shipping regulations. You will also assist with framing and related production tasks. Your proactive approach will help streamline our order fulfillment process, maintain inventory accuracy, and support efficient warehouse operations. Responsibilities Carefully pack and prepare products using appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit Maintain detailed records of shipped and received items through data entry into inventory management software. Ensure compliance with shipping & receiving procedures, including trade compliance and international trade regulations when applicable Assist with inventory management tasks such as stock counting, stocking, and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy Collaborate with warehouse operations teams to optimize order picking, packing, and shipping logistics processes Perform framing and assembly tasks as required, including measuring, cutting, assembling, and preparing materials. Safely use hand tools and power tools associated with framing and assembly work. Inspect completed framing and packaged products to ensure quality and accuracy. Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment, distribution center, framing, or manufacturing is preferred. Must have a drivers license with a clean driving record. Basic math skills for measuring, counting, and verifying quantities accurately Experience with framing, measuring, assembly, and hand or power tools is a plus. Strong data entry skills combined with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for documentation purposes Knowledge of shipping logistics, order fulfillment processes, and trade compliance standards Strong attention to detail, teamwork, reliability, and commitment to workplace safety.
