Duties Assist in managing store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales strategies. Supervise and train staff to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency. Oversee inventory control processes, including stock replenishment and loss prevention measures. Utilize POS systems for transactions and maintain cash handling procedures. Implement pricing strategies and promotional activities to maximize sales. Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and team management. Requirements 18 years of age Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with customers and staff effectively. Proficiency in retail math and inventory management practices. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
