Shift Supervisor

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Shift Supervisor to lead our retail team during daily operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee store activities, ensure excellent customer service, manage inventory, and support team members to achieve sales goals. Responsibilities Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS system management Lead and motivate sales associates to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets Manage inventory levels through stock replenishment, ordering, and inventory control processes Train new employees on store policies, product knowledge, POS systems, and customer service standards Oversee merchandising, pricing strategies, and visual displays to maximize sales potential Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive shopping experience Support recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing and onboarding new team members Requirements Proven supervisory or management experience within the retail industry, especially in sales team management Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate diverse teams Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and basic math for cash handling and bookkeeping Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases Experience with employee orientation, training & development, and operational management is highly desirable Demonstrated knowledge of retail math, merchandising, inventory control, purchasing, and sales management Join us as a Shift Supervisor to inspire your team, elevate customer satisfaction, and contribute to the vibrant success of our retail community!
