Shift Supervisor

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Shift Supervisor to lead our Randy's Donut team during daily operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee store activities, ensure excellent customer service, manage inventory, and support team members to achieve sales goals. Your leadership will drive a positive shopping environment, maintain operational excellence, and foster a team-focused culture. Responsibilities Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS system management Lead, motivate, and develop team members through effective training, coaching, and performance feedback Oversee customer service standards to ensure a positive shopping experience for all guests Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, merchandising, and pricing strategies to maximize sales potential Handle employee scheduling, payroll processing, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures Conduct interviewing and onboarding of new staff members to build a strong retail team Maintain organizational efficiency by managing purchasing, bookkeeping, and operational tasks such as inventory management and stock rotation Qualifications Proven supervising or management experience within the retail industry or sales team management environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and cash handling Proficiency in POS systems, retail math, and basic bookkeeping practices Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for pricing, sales analysis, and budgeting purposes Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases Demonstrated experience in employee orientation, training & development, interviewing, and recruiting processes Join us as a Shift Supervisor if you thrive in fast-paced environments where your leadership can inspire teams and elevate customer satisfaction.
