Shift Manager

Responsibilities Supervise daily store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service, fostering a positive and productive work environment Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize sales and maintain store appearance Oversee cash handling, POS transactions, and payroll processes with accuracy and integrity Conduct employee orientation, training, and development sessions to enhance team skills and performance Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and tact Coordinate purchasing decisions, pricing strategies, and promotional activities in collaboration with management Skills Proven experience in supervising retail sales teams with strong leadership capabilities Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred Skilled in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and team management Proficient in POS systems, inventory management software, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and retail math Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of retail industry sales techniques, merchandising standards, and operational procedures Ability to manage budgets, perform basic math calculations accurately, and oversee cash handling procedures Exceptional customer service skills combined with phone etiquette and interpersonal communication abilities Experience in managing retail store product knowledge across various departments such as grocery or wireless sales is advantageous Demonstrated leadership in training & development initiatives along with operational management expertise Join us as a Shift Manager where your energy fuels our success!
