ConfidentialShift Leader / Supervisor for MELI Frozen Yogurt $18 + Tips Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive, hands-on, and reliable Store Lead / Supervisor to MELI Frozen Yogurt team. You will be the right hand of the owner, ensuring daily operations run smoothly, the shop stays spotless, and our customers receive the best experience. This is a dynamic role for someone who takes ownership and leads by example. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Create and manage the weekly staff schedule , ensuring proper coverage at all times. Operational Excellence: Supervise daily cleaning protocols and ensure froyo machines are properly maintained and operational. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels (toppings, fruit, dairy bases), place orders with suppliers, and minimize waste. Shift Coverage: Act as the primary point of contact for staff call-outs and be ready to step in to cover shifts when necessary. Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food safety and customer service during all shifts. Qualifications: Experience: At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in food service, retail, or hospitality. Bilingual: Must be fluent in English and Spanish (essential for the Miami market). Reliability: Strong sense of responsibility and "ownership" of the store's success.
