As part of Apple's IS&T Services Technology Program, you and your team are responsible for delivering the internal orchestration layer that powers Apple's Services businesses. It includes the App Store, Apple Music, Apple TV, Apple News, Apple Arcade and more. We build durable, cross Services capabilities across data and AI/ML, asset management, talent and IP, and content engineering - enabling the organizations that run Apple's fastest growing revenue segment to operate with greater speed, leverage, and governance. As a Services Technology Strategic Programs Coordinator, you will be the operational backbone of a globally distributed program that spans multiple value streams, client organizations, and delivery teams. You will report to the Head of Strategy & Operations and partner closely with program leaders, product owners, vendor account representatives, and cross-functional partners across finance, procurement, HR, and facilities. With your attention to detail, strong collaboration skills, and bias toward action, you will improve the effectiveness of our programatic operations resulting in a team that moves faster, communicates clearer and delivers more value to our clients across Services. Employee Experience and Productivity (EEP) is part of IS&T and delivers some of the most widely used communication and productivity technology and services across Apple - from tools that enable collaboration to the support teams that keep Apple's workforce running. EEP also leads user experience design and research, and manages the systems behind Apple's original content studios.
