CSR / Service Dispatcher The Electricians & Plumbers | Centennial, Colorado Full-Time | In-Office Join Our Growing Team The Electricians & Plumbers is a family-owned, rapidly growing construction trades company serving residential and commercial customers throughout the Colorado front range. We are looking for an experienced CSR / Service Dispatcher to join our team and help keep our service department running efficiently. This is not an entry-level receptionist position. We are specifically looking for someone with experience dispatching in the electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or similar construction/service industry , along with strong ServiceTitan experience . What You'll Do Answer inbound customer calls and provide professional, helpful customer service Schedule residential and commercial service appointments Dispatch technicians based on location, skill set, availability, job type, and priority Manage and adjust the daily technician schedule throughout the day Accurately assign job types, categories, and priorities Communicate job details and customer information to technicians Monitor technician progress and keep customers informed of schedule changes Work directly with technicians to ensure jobs are properly documented Review and close out jobs with technicians before they are dispatched to their next call Verify job notes, photos, materials, and other required information are complete and accurate Maintain accurate customer and job information in ServiceTitan What We're Looking For Previous dispatching or service coordination experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or another construction/service trade Hands-on ServiceTitan experience is strongly preferred Understanding of the service process from customer call through dispatch, completion, and closeout Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organization and attention to detail Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to stay calm and make good decisions when schedules change Strong computer skills Dependable, accountable, and willing to take ownership Ability to work weekends Why Join Us?
