The Yard Office Lounge , set inside the historic Station Inn B&B in Cresson, PA, is hiring a Service Support / Barback. Located in a restored 1904 basement speakeasy right along the bustling main rail line, we offer craft cocktails, shareable small plates, and a cozy atmosphere for locals, travelers, and rail enthusiasts alike. We aren't a late-night venue or a high-stress restaurant. We operate Thursday through Saturday evenings only , making this the perfect part-time opportunity to earn extra cash while gaining real experience across both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. What You’ll Do: As our Service Support team member, you are the backbone of shift flow—helping the bar, floor, and kitchen run like clockwork. Bar Support: Keep ice wells full, glasses clean, and bar stock prepped for our Lead Bartender. Floor & Expo: Deliver food to guests, keep table flow moving, and communicate between the bar and kitchen. Kitchen Assistance: Learn food-prep procedures, assist with plate presentation, and help maintain kitchen flow. Ambiance Maintenance: Help reset seating areas and keep the lounge looking inviting and clean.
