Service Parts Advisor

At Duron Equipment we are looking for a Service Parts Advisor . This position is a critical link between the Parts Department, Service Advisors and Technicians, making sure the service team gets the right parts at the right time! You will: Be the parts expert: Support Technicians and Service Advisors with accurate parts identification, quoting, alternatives and repair options. Problem solver: Take ownership of backorders and customer-down situations by sourcing solutions through dealer transfers, suppliers, manufacturer-approved replacement parts, and repair kits. Keep everyone connected: Communicate parts status to keep the Parts and Service teams informed and coordinated. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE: Your proactive parts support creates efficiency for Technicians, Service Advisors, and customers by ensuring the right parts and accurate information are available when needed, keeping repairs moving and minimizing downtime. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for an organized, proactive problem solver who takes ownership, works confidently with Technicians and Service Advisors, and understands that both efficiency and accuracy are essential. It is beneficial to have experience as a parts / service advisor or technical experience in the diesel, automotive or agriculture industries. WHY DURON?
