As a Service / Parts Advisor, you're the face of the guestexperience from check-in to vehicle delivery, backed by the world's #1 automaker and an ownership group that supports you every step of the way. Compensation $40,000–$70,000 per year, based on experience, plus the benefits listed below with room to grow. What you'll do: You'll be the primary liaison between our guests and the service department, making sure every visit goes smoothly from arrival to vehicle delivery. Greet guests and assess their service and parts needs Write accurate service and parts orders based on guest concerns and technician findings Provide clear, transparent repair and parts estimates Explain maintenance and repair recommendations in plain, guest-friendly language Prioritize work based on safety, urgency, and customer needs Schedule and coordinate work with technicians Keep guests informed on vehicle status throughout, because no one likes surprises Present Multi-Point Inspection results and additional service recommendations Act as the liaison between technicians and guests Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate when necessary Review completed repairs and invoices with guests and answer all questions Process payments and complete all required documentation Follow Toyota Canada warranty policies and ensure correct documentation Support a clean, organized, and professional service and parts environment Complete ongoing training through Toyota University and OEM programs Assist with additional duties as needed to support dealership operations What we're looking for Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-first mentality Previous dealership or automotive experience is a genuine asset, but we'll train the right person Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record Previous experience in related fields with focus on guest care. Physical requirements: ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the shift; occasional lifting up to 30 lbs; occasional handling of tires.
