Our dispatch board needs a steady hand. What You’ll Do Run the daily schedule for 15+ service technicians in ServiceTitan Route calls by location, skill, and urgency so techs spend less time driving and more time fixing Rework the board when a job runs long, a part is missing, or an emergency call comes in Update customers on arrival times before they have to call and ask Keep job notes, statuses, and capacity in ServiceTitan accurate and current Work with the call center, service manager, and techs to fill the board and keep it full What You Bring Required: Dispatch experience at an HVAC or plumbing service company Required: Hands-on experience with the ServiceTitan dispatch board Required: Ability to work on-site at our Chantilly office Calm, quick decisions when the pace picks up Reliable attendance and punctuality Flexibility for longer days during peak emergency season Preferred: Knowledge of Fairfax, Loudoun, and Prince William counties Why You’ll Like It Here Steady, year-round work with no slow-season layoffs Techs who answer the radio and managers who make decisions Room to grow, since dispatch sits at the center of the business Apply in 2 Minutes Click apply.
