Service Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Service Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in scheduling heat and A/C service calls, dispatching service technicians, and providing exceptional customer support. The ideal candidate will be organized, communicative, and proficient in managing administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Schedule heat and A/C service calls efficiently, coordinating with clients and service technicians to meet scheduling needs. Dispatch service personnel promptly to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. Handle billing and administrative work accurately, maintaining detailed records of service activities. Communicate effectively with customers via phone, providing updates, answering inquiries, and resolving concerns professionally. Maintain clear internal communication with team members to coordinate daily operations seamlessly. Demonstrate strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Experience Prior experience in customer service or dispatching roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Excellent phone communication skills are required to interact confidently with customers and team members. Strong organizational skills are necessary to handle scheduling, administrative duties, and internal communication efficiently. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail is highly valued.
