Job Responsibilities include but not limited to: Dispatch Service Plumbers according to schedules and work orders Scheduling 6+ Service Plumbers daily Maintains a professional and pleasant phone manner when talking to customers and third parties. Provide the highest level of customer service Daily invoicing Liaise with other departments for billing and payables. Liaise with Suppliers for Work Orders Order van stock for service team daily Work with Suppliers for material orders/deliveries Train new Service Plumbers on computer systems used in the department Follow up with Customers on feedback surveys and overall customer experience Follow-up on issues with work orders Act as a back up for Reception Ad-hoc projects related to the position/department Qualifications: 2+ year of experience as a Dispatcher Plumbing and Mechanical knowledge is an asset High level of communication skills - both written and verbal Problem Solving skills required Ability to diffuse escalations with outstanding Customer Service skills Positive team working attitude Professionalism Bilingualism is an asset Knowledge of Service Titan Software is an asset Microsoft knowledge is an asset (Outlook, Word etc) S&R Mechanical is committed to establishing a diverse and equal employment workforce.
