Are you an experienced customer service professional who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, and keeping a busy team moving in the right direction? We are looking for a Service Dispatcher to join our team. This position plays an important role in the day-to-day success of our service department by coordinating schedules, communicating with customers, and helping technicians stay productive throughout the day. Compensation $28.00-$32.00 per hour , based on experience Performance bonuses of up to $400 per month Benefits Health insurance Company-paid vision insurance Dental insurance options Life insurance options Company-paid short-term disability 401(k) with 4% company match Vesting after one year Paid vacation 6 paid holidays 3 mental health days Company-paid education and professional development What You'll Do Coordinate daily service calls and technician schedules Communicate with customers regarding appointments, arrival times, and scheduling updates Respond to incoming customer calls and service requests Adjust schedules throughout the day based on emergencies, cancellations, and changing priorities Maintain communication between customers, technicians, and office staff Ensure technicians have accurate customer and job information Help maximize technician productivity and schedule efficiency Enter and maintain accurate information within company systems Assist customers with scheduling concerns and help resolve issues professionally Support other administrative and service department needs as necessary What We're Looking For 5+ years of customer service experience required Dispatching experience is a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills Comfortable learning and utilizing technology Detail-oriented and dependable Professional, positive, and customer-focused Able to remain calm when schedules or priorities change Team-oriented with a willingness to help where needed Apply today to learn more about joining our team as a Service Dispatcher.
