Senior Warehouse Associate - Receiver - 1st Shift (#160d)
PioneersBecome a Key Player as a Senior Warehouse Associate - Receiver You will ensure accurate and timely handling of inbound and outbound freight to keep operations moving and meet customer expectations. You will work onsite on first shift as part of a warehouse receiving team, interacting with dock personnel, supervisors, and inventory control to maintain organization and compliance with site procedures. Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Receive goods: offload/load vehicles, check paperwork, weigh/measure, book in freight, and report discrepancies or damages Prepare outbound loads: match paperwork, label, stage, and handle ULDs for shipment Accurately sign Bills of Lading and verify counts and damages Use the Warehouse Management System and booking-in sheets to maintain warehouse organization Maintain general housekeeping and site cleanliness standards Execute quality expectations per SOPs, rework or recoup freight as needed Assist with training new staff and contribute to SOP development and process improvement Perform cross-functional tasks such as picking, packing, inventory reporting/stock checks, and weekly bond checks Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role At least 18 years old Minimum 6 months of previous warehouse operations experience with this organization Proficiency with technology (computers, WMS) and willingness to submit a resume for review prior to onboarding Physical stamina: ability to stand/walk long periods, frequently bend/twist/reach, and periodically lift up to 50 lbs Ability to work flexible hours/days and meet or exceed established KPIs Here's What Else Might Help You Out High school diploma or GED Previous external warehouse or freight forwarder experience Familiarity with Bills of Lading, Shipping Manifests, Delivery Orders Ability to speak Spanish Pay Range $20.63/hour Ready to Make Your Mark?
