This role resolves supplier friction and cost overruns by executing strategic RFx processes, evaluating Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), and establishing high-impact vendor relationships. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Partner with Business Units, Operations, and Analytics teams to competitively source goods and services while achieving target cost-saving goals Execute end-to-end purchasing processes; managing RFx events, supplier contracts, requisitions, and purchase orders across the enterprise Enforce corporate supply chain policies, regulatory guidelines, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance across all business transactions Leverage AI-driven market intelligence tools to analyze vendor data, optimize supplier selection, and enhance procurement forecasting capabilities Skills, Experience and Requirements: Strategic sourcing expertise and advanced negotiation skills tailored to complex corporate IT environments Deep knowledge of total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis, commodity research, and end-to-end contract management AI Application fluency to evaluate supplier data, streamline vendor automated processing setups, and optimize procurement workflows Proficiency in enterprise procurement platforms, specifically Oracle Purchasing systems, ERP, and database management tools Comprehensive understanding of regulatory standards, corporate governance, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance principles Exceptional problem-solving abilities, cross-functional collaboration, and project management skills in fast-paced environments Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview.
