Senior Recruiter (Semiconductor Industry) - RPO Consultant - 0034885 US-TX-Dallas Description The Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) is a hands-on recruitment professional responsible for managing full-cycle hiring processes while delivering exceptional experiences to candidates, hiring managers, and clients. This role blends consultative stakeholder engagement, data-driven strategy, and operational excellence. TAPs own requisitions, drive sourcing strategies, and serve as trusted advisors to clients. This is a long term W2 contract working 100% onsite at our client in one of these 3 locations, Dallas, TX, Lehi UT or Santa Clara, CA. The recruiting focus will be on high level roles within the semiconductor sector such as Industrial Engineers, Smart Manufacturing & Automation, Advanced Technicians, Software Engineers, R&D Engineers, Application Engineers, Data Engineers, Validation Engineers, Device Reliability Engineers and Wafer Fab-related positions. Your responsibilities • Own and execute full-cycle recruitment processes from intake to offer. • Source, screen, and present qualified candidates using innovative and data-informed strategies. • Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and client-specific hiring standards. • Partner with sourcing and marketing teams to attract niche and high-demand talent. Stakeholder & Candidate Management • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders within a designated function or business area. Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers and HR partners, providing guidance on workforce planning, market insights and talent strategy. • Provide stakeholders with market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and competitor insight to support strategic hiring decisions. Advise on talent trends and pipeline development to address current and future workforce needs. • Build consultative relationships with client stakeholders to influence recruitment outcomes. • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through transparent communication and support. • Schedule regular check-in meetings with clients to review recruitment progress, address any concerns or challenges, and align on recruitment priorities. • Engage and manage a 3rd party supply chain where needed to ensure roles that require additional support receive it. • Track supplier performance and ensure quality checks and processes are in place and performance is high, whilst ensuring process is followed. Process Optimization & Strategy • Analyze recruitment metrics and conduct root cause analysis to improve delivery. • Present recruitment performance data, metrics, and insights within their assigned function or business area. • Implement lean practices and continuous improvement initiatives. • Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with business goals. Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership • Stay abreast of industry trends and labor market dynamics. • Share insights and recommendations with clients and internal teams. • Attend industry events to promote employer brand and expand talent networks. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience. Minimum 2+ years recruiting engineering talent, preferably within the semiconductor industry. High School Diploma, GED or equivalent Ability and willingness to work onsite 5 days per week at one of these 3 locations: Dallas, TX Lehi, Ut Santa Clara, CA Organization: Talent Solutions RPO Salary: $60 - 75/hr.
