The ideal candidate will possess strong insurance restoration experience, leadership skills, extensive construction industry knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. This role involves ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Duties Lead and manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout. Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules to ensure timely project delivery. Manage construction budgets effectively, tracking expenses and controlling costs to stay within financial parameters. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project workflows. Oversee procurement processes and coordinate material deliveries to meet project timelines. Monitor project progress regularly, identify potential issues early, and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards across all project sites. Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, including budget updates, schedule adherence, and risk assessments. Utilize Microsoft Office tools for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes. Foster a collaborative team environment by providing guidance and mentorship to project staff. Skills Proven experience in commercial construction management with a strong understanding of construction processes and industry standards. Expertise in construction budget management and cost control strategies. Proficiency in construction scheduling software and techniques. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong leadership qualities with effective communication skills for liaising with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation purposes. Ability to problem-solve proactively and adapt to changing project requirements.
