About the role Join the Vendor Management team, in the Senior Office, Vendor Management position. In this role you will be responsible for maximizing vendor value and performance throughout the outsourcing and contracting lifecycle. You will manage a portfolio of high-value and business-critical contracts, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, strong governance practices, and effective vendor relationship management. This is a temporary position of a duration of 24 months. What you'll do: Lead the end-to-end management of strategic vendor relationships, overseeing critical business and data service agreements throughout the vendor lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. Manage a portfolio of high-value and business-critical contracts, ensuring vendors deliver quality services, meet contractual obligations, and support organizational objectives. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across business, procurement, finance, risk, IT security, privacy, and legal teams to facilitate informed vendor management and contracting decisions. Drive vendor governance and performance management programs, developing monitoring plans, tracking key performance indicators, and ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
