About the Role As a Senior Manager, Trade & Supply Chain Services , you will lead the U.S. Trade and Supply Chain Services team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, consistent and client-focused service across trade operations. Working closely with Relationship Managers, Transaction Banking Sales, Trade Product teams and the broader Trade & Supply Chain Operations network, you will play a critical role in supporting clients and stakeholders through the accurate, timely and efficient execution of trade transactions. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, workflow management, capacity planning and risk oversight, while ensuring activities are conducted in accordance with ANZ policies, regulatory requirements and internal controls. You will be accountable for delivering operational excellence, enhancing the client experience and maintaining a strong risk and governance culture. As a leader, you will foster a high-performing and collaborative team environment through coaching, development and capability building. You will also contribute operational expertise to client engagements, business initiatives and strategic projects, while driving continuous improvement, process optimisation and automation to support scalable and efficient service delivery. As a Senior Manager, Trade & Supply Chain Services , you will: Lead the U.S. Trade & Supply Chain Services team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, consistent and client-focused service to both internal and external stakeholders. Maintain deep expertise across trade and supply chain products, ANZ policies, procedures and regulatory requirements, providing operational guidance and support to clients and stakeholders. Develop a strong understanding of clients' business models and transaction flows to support effective service delivery and identify opportunities to enhance the client experience. Oversee the processing of trade transactions, ensuring activities are executed accurately, efficiently and in accordance with risk policies, regulatory requirements and agreed service levels. Proactively manage and resolve client and operational issues, acting as the key escalation point and ensuring timely and effective resolution. Build and maintain strong relationships with Relationship Managers, Transaction Banking Sales, Product teams and the broader TSCO network to support business growth and client satisfaction. Lead daily operational workflows, resource planning and workload prioritisation to ensure optimal service delivery and operational performance. Drive continuous improvement by identifying root causes, implementing corrective actions and enhancing processes to improve efficiency, scalability and automation. Oversee key operational controls, approvals and governance activities, ensuring strong compliance with internal policies and regulatory obligations. Build, coach and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, collaboration and continuous learning.
