BENEFITS: 401K, Life/Health/ Dental/Disability Insurance, Flexible Paid Leave, Tuition Reimbursement DESCRIPTION: Patricio Enterprises is searching for a Logistics Analyst to provide DoD acquisitions logistics expertise and support to Marine Corps Systems Command’s Amphibious Assault Vehicle program (AAV) Sustainment team. Support includes research, analysis and update of authoritative enterprise business information systems that influence synchronization between Force Development and Force Management Employment processes. The Government expects a significant increase in the development of change requests to authoritative business information systems hosting principle end item authorized allowances, acquisition/cost data, accurate equipment association, fielding and disposal schedules. PM AAA requirements are closely monitored and accuracy of relevant and current data is required to compensate for software interface gaps. Primary duties will include (but not limited to) : Conduct the administrative and technical activities required to develop, review, update, and deliver logistics acquisition documentation (i.e., Life Cycle Sustainment Plans, Fielding Plans, Technical Manuals, Facilities Impact Reports, Item Unique Identification Plans, Disposal Plans, SL-3s, I-Type documents) and coordinate, host, and participate in logistics events and activities (i.e., LOG Demos, Product Support Analyses, Independent Logistics Assessments, Audits, Test Events) Possess active accounts for various logistics information systems (i.e., Total Force Structure Management System, Total Life Cycle Cost Tool Operational Support Tool, Global Combat Support System – Marine Corps) and review information and recommend updates as required to ensure data fields are accurate Coordinate, conduct, and document validation/verification events for all I-Type documents, Technical Manuals, and other logistics products Provide in-depth review of Product Quality Deficiency Reports and make recommendations for corrective action Identify, track, and report Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages issues to determine impacts to long-lead times, supply availability, and part obsolescence Leverage knowledge of the twelve (12) integrated product support elements to inform program logistics assessments, supply chain management, sparing levels, and reorder points Analyze supply and maintenance readiness data to identify readiness issues; recommend corrective actions and readiness improvements; and develop program readiness assessments Review and monitor the program Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS), and deliver comprehensive FRACAS reports as required KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Conducting research, analyses, and updates of authoritative enterprise business information systems. Total Force Structure Management System (TFSMS), GCSS-MC, CATALYST, Technical Data Management System (TDMS), Master Data Repository (MDR), DPAS, Tactical Imagery Production System (TIPS), EDA (to include the PIEE GFP module), and Federal Logistics Information System (FLIS). Documenting transactions and ensuring compliance with current and relevant business standards. Has built and/or revised component TAMCN associations in TFSMS and the Bill of Materials (BOM) in Catalyst. Analyzing implicit and explicit relationships between data items and reviewing data for completeness, conformity, consistency, accuracy, duplication, and dependencies, as well as identifying data errors, gaps in data, and outdated data in Data Quality Systems.
