Senior Legal Contracts Manager
LaddersFor our client, we are seeking a Senior Legal Contracts Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will own the drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial agreements that support healthcare supply chain service lines. The position will partner closely with internal business stakeholders to translate operational needs into clear contract language while helping manage risk and support effective deal execution. In addition to hands-on contract work, the Senior Legal Contracts Manager will maintain contract records, improve templates and playbooks, and keep stakeholders informed on deal progress throughout the contract lifecycle. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $113,000 – $188,000 annually Responsibilities Draft and revise commercial contracts and legal documents for supply chain service lines Review and analyze contract redlines, identifying risks and recommending changes Lead negotiations with business counterparts and participate in complex negotiations Maintain accurate contract records in the contract lifecycle management system Serve as a point of contact for internal clients, translating business objectives into contract language Develop and improve contract templates and negotiation playbooks Track deal status and communicate proactively with stakeholders Qualifications 5+ years of experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation Bachelor’s degree required Strong drafting, redlining, and interpreting skills for commercial contracts Proven ability to lead and participate in contract negotiations Excellent business and professional writing skills Good understanding of commercial contract law and healthcare regulations Ability to communicate effectively with diverse professionals Benefits Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance 401k retirement program Paid time off Participation in employee incentive plans Tuition reimbursement and professional development opportunities Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
