Senior Inventory Control Specialist FlexScreen | RiteScreen — Fontana, CA (Onsite) | Full-Time, Exempt Pay Range: $85,000 – $105,000 annually (California pay scale disclosure per SB 1162; placement within range based on experience) plus 5% annual bonus eligibility About the Role RiteScreen, the largest independent screen manufacturer in the US, is investing in inventory excellence at our Fontana facility. This role owns site inventory performance end to end — accuracy, the cycle count program, root-cause analysis, and the corrective actions that restore and sustain control. You’ll work across production, purchasing, and our regional materials organization, set the site’s inventory control procedures, and drive measurable improvement in accuracy, excess and obsolete exposure, and material availability. What You’ll Own Site inventory accuracy and performance KPIs (accuracy, E&O exposure, turns), with regular reporting to site and operations leadership The cycle count program and annual physical inventory — design, schedule, execution, reconciliation Root-cause analysis on discrepancies and corrective actions driven to closure Inventory control procedures from receiving through issue to production; ERP transaction discipline across all material movements Material storage, labeling, and 5S organization; partnership with purchasing on reorder points and safety stock Analysis of usage against the production schedule; training site personnel on inventory procedures What You Bring Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred 5+ years of progressive inventory, materials, or supply chain experience in manufacturing Demonstrated ownership of a cycle count program with a track record of improving accuracy Advanced ERP proficiency (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, or similar); strong Excel/Power BI analytics Working knowledge of MRP, lean, Kanban, and structured root-cause methods (5-Why, 8D) Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership; bias for action What We Offer Medical, dental, and vision coverage; 401(k); paid time off and paid holidays; annual bonus eligibility; career growth in a growing national manufacturer.
