Senior Flooring and Restoration Project Manager

MBI Flooring Services is recruiting one full-time Senior Flooring and Restoration Project Manager. Based in Pickering, this role serves Durham Region, Peterborough and the Kawarthas, with travel to customer offices and project sites. YOUR ROLE IN GROWTH Personally develop and independently manage a profitable project portfolio. Build lasting customer relationships, originate new business and grow repeat accounts. Performance expectations and ramp-up milestones will be discussed during the hiring process. WHAT YOU WILL DO Personally originate and retain restoration contractor accounts and profitable repeat business. Qualify opportunities, inspect sites, estimate flooring work, submit quotations, negotiate and close projects. Manage material procurement, subcontracted installation crews, schedules, job costs, change orders and completion documentation. Maintain installation quality, resolve deficiencies and protect customer relationships. Track quotations, conversions, approved work, completed revenue, verified project gross profit and cash collected. Support timely billing and collection, with clear ownership of your assigned accounts. WHAT YOU BRING At least five years of relevant flooring or restoration project management experience. Demonstrated ability to originate business and manage substantial project portfolios. Established professional relationships with restoration contractors and strong customer retention skills. Experience estimating, closing and delivering projects, and managing subcontracted installation teams. Practical knowledge of insurance restoration flooring workflows and accurate project costing. Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory. Achievements and responsibilities will be checked through appropriate references and candidate-authorized verification.
