Senior Facilities Manager - Corporate Offices and Multi-Site Operations - Base Salary to 130k/year - Malvern, PA
Our client, a global manufacturer, is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to oversee corporate office locations and facilities operations across the United States. This role is responsible for managing multi-site facilities, capital projects, lease coordination, and vendor relationships to ensure safe, efficient, and high-performing work environments.
This position combines facilities operations, workplace design, and real estate coordination, with direct responsibility for project execution and ongoing site performance.
Responsibilities:
Manage facilities operations across multiple U.S. corporate and sales office locations
Oversee office buildouts, renovations, expansions, and new site openings
Coordinate site selection activities including office search, space planning, and furnishings
Lead capital projects from planning through execution, including budgeting and vendor coordination
Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and landlord partnerships across all locations
Support lease administration including negotiations, renewals, and landlord coordination
Develop and manage facilities and capital budgets, including forecasting and cost control
Oversee preventative maintenance programs and building systems including HVAC, fire/life safety, elevators, and security systems
Manage workplace security systems including access control, badging, and CCTV
Ensure facilities meet safety, compliance, and inspection requirements
Coordinate emergency preparedness and response across all locations
Travel approximately 25% to support site operations and vendor oversight
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in facilities management, corporate facilities, or workplace operations
