This role supports PwC’s electrical operations while working closely with CLX leadership to deliver integrated solutions.

Role Overview

The Senior Electrical Project & Operations Manager is a hands-on leadership role responsible for owning electrical project execution from bid through completion. This role bridges field leadership, project management, and operational discipline, ensuring work is properly estimated, scheduled, staffed, documented, and billed.

This is not a desk-only role. The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing multiple hats in a growing organization and understands how today’s execution decisions directly impact profitability, cash flow, and long-term growth.

Required Qualifications

• Journeyman or higher-level electrical background
• Active electrical license(s) or ability to obtain additional state licenses
• 10+ years of electrical field experience, with leadership responsibility
• Strong estimating and project management experience
• High level of comfort with Excel, PDFs, and digital project documentation
• Proven ability to manage crews while staying hands-on
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through

Preferred Experience

• Airport, industrial, or large-scale commercial electrical projects
• Experience coordinating with controls/automation teams
• Familiarity with billing cycles, labor tracking, and cost forecasting
• Experience operating in small or growing organizations
