Senior Director, Product Management - Supply Chain Technology
LaddersFor our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Product Management - Supply Chain Technology to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This leader will own product strategy across fulfillment, distribution, and warehouse technology capabilities that support a large-scale retail and consumer goods operation. The role will partner closely with Engineering, Finance, and other cross-functional stakeholders to drive transformation, improve operational resilience, and advance automation across complex supply chain networks. It is a highly visible leadership position with responsibility for shaping the roadmap, guiding a team of Product Managers, and influencing enterprise decisions at the VP and C-suite level. Location: Atlanta, GA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $204,000 – $255,000 annually Responsibilities Own product strategy for fulfillment and distribution networks with a focus on transformation Partner with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Finance, to align on technology strategies Build and lead a high-performance team of Product Managers in fulfillment and logistics domains Drive shipping capabilities and performance metrics for B2C and B2B models Champion low-touch logistics and automation strategies for improved efficiency Lead the roadmap development for a multi-site warehouse management network Navigate complex event planning to ensure operational resilience and efficiency Qualifications 12+ years of experience in Product Management related to WMS and supply chain platforms Proven track record in leading multi-site technology transformation programs Expertise in enterprise-scale warehouse management systems, preferably Manhattan Active WMS Understanding of global shipping and last-mile logistics integration Experience in both B2C and B2B fulfillment and distribution models Strong analytical skills for business case development and program tracking Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, especially at the VP and C-suite level Benefits Hybrid work environment with flexibility Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision Retirement savings plan with company match Employee discounts on company products Opportunities for professional development and growth Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
