Job Summary B&A is seeking a Senior Collection Operations Manager to support the U.S. Army Operations Group (AOG) HUMINT Operational Support task order for U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM). Anticipated Award: June 2027 Anticipated Start: August 2027 Period of Performance: 1 Base Year + 4 Option Years Salary Range: $135,000 – $205,000 annually Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, certifications, security clearance, and contract funding. This position is contingent upon contract award. Location Fort Meade, Maryland Responsibilities Coordinate HUMINT collection reporting, integration and dissemination Manage HUMINT reporting processes and support operational requirements Education and Experience Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline Minimum experience: 12 years in HUMINT operations, collection management, or intelligence analysis within DoW/IC; portion within last 2 years Additional mandatory experience: 4 years using CHROME, HOT-R, or similar HUMINT reporting systems Oversee complex HUMINT collection operations, priorities and resource allocation Develop HUMINT collection strategies and advise senior leadership Demonstrate HUMINT source validation, targeting and operational planning expertise Specialized intelligence collection/analysis training plus advanced HUMINT course (DSDC, SOC, ASOC, AMSOC, DATC, DHOQC, JMAS, ASOTC, FTC or equivalent) Security Clearance Active TS/SCI Clearance, adjudicated within the past five (5) years Physical & Work Environment Requirements Employees must be able to perform the essential functions of this position, with or without accommodation. Ability to remain stationary for extended periods while working at a computer. Frequently operate standard office equipment, including computers and telephones. Ability to communicate effectively in person, by telephone, video conference, and email. Occasionally move about the office and lift up to 20 pounds. Ability to work the assigned schedule with regular and reliable attendance. Ability to travel up to 10% as required.
