Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Planning
Develop paid social strategies aligned with client or brand objectives (awareness, consideration, conversion, retention).
Recommend platform mix, targeting approaches, audience segmentation, and budget allocation.
Participate in integrated planning with media, creative, and analytics teams.
Campaign Execution
Build and launch paid social campaigns across major platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
Set up tracking using pixels, UTMs, and platform conversion APIs.
Ensure proper pacing and delivery of budget and impressions.
Optimization & Performance Management
Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize toward KPIs (CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS).
Test creative variations, audiences, bidding strategies, and placements.
Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve results and efficiency.
Reporting & Insights
Prepare weekly, monthly, and end-of-campaign reports.
Translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Present results to internal teams and/or clients in a clear and compelling manner.
Collaboration & Project Management
Work with creative teams on briefing, reviewing, and testing social assets.
Coordinate with analytics or tech teams on tagging, tracking, and data flows.
Manage deadlines, deliverables, and platform requirements to ensure smooth execution.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in paid social media buying or digital media.
Strong knowledge of social platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.), SEM, digital video, & Direct vendor buys
Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform dashboards).
Experience with pixels, conversion APIs, and event tracking.
Ability to analyze data and communicate insights clearly.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
Knowledge and experience in the movie and entertainment industry will be considered a plus.

The salary range for this position is $57k-$65k. Actual salary within the salary range will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, and skills. A range of medical, dental, RRSP, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available to all permanent employees.
