Senior Business Analyst – Transportation and Tolling Industry (Remote)

About the Opportunity: The SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST – TRANSPORTATION AND TOLLING INDUSTRY is responsible for leading the reporting workstream within the Adaptation team. This role requires ownership of business intelligence, reporting, and dashboard functions, acting as a liaison between business and technical stakeholders. The position contributes to the organization by ensuring accurate and effective reporting solutions that support transportation and tolling operations. Responsibilities: Serve as BI / Reporting Product Owner Provide senior-level business analysis with Power BI reporting expertise Apply tolling, transportation, or transaction processing knowledge Engage with stakeholders to gather and document requirements Collaborate with SQL architects, developers, QA, operations, and client teams Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; PMI-Business Analysis certification is a plus At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in tolling or transportation back-office systems Strong analytical and communication skills Experience with Agile/Scrum, Software Development Life Cycle, JIRA, Azure DevOps, and technical documentation Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw conclusions from technical and abstract information Pay Range and Compensation Package: Rate: DOE Benefits & Perks: Paid time off Health benefits 401K Life insurance Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
