As a leading online retailer of fireplaces, fire pits, and outdoor living products, Woodland Direct continues to grow and expand its operations. We're looking for a motivated individual who wants to be part of that growth. In this role, you'll help ensure customer orders move smoothly from purchase to delivery. You'll work with vendors, distribution centers, and internal teams to coordinate shipments, solve problems, and help deliver an excellent customer experience. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in operations, logistics, or supply chain management. What You'll Do Coordinate customer orders and shipments from vendors and Woodland Direct distribution centers. Communicate with vendors and warehouse teams to confirm orders, track shipments, and resolve delays. Monitor order progress and proactively identify issues that could impact delivery. Maintain accurate order, shipping, and tracking information in our systems. Assist with shipping quotes, freight coordination, and special delivery requirements. Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to keep orders moving. Identify opportunities to improve processes and make our fulfillment operations more efficient. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who takes initiative, enjoys working with others, and pays attention to the details. You'll be a great fit if you have: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on tasks. A problem-solving mindset and willingness to take initiative. Comfort working with computers, email, and Microsoft Office. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills. The ability to work independently and collaborate with a team. Experience in order processing, fulfillment, logistics, or customer service is a plus, but not required. We're willing to train the right person who brings a strong work ethic and a desire to grow.
