Project Logistics Coordinator - EPC Cargo Houston, TX | On-site | Full-time Keep EPC project cargo moving across air, ocean, rail and specialised domestic transport, including heavy haul, flatbed and out-of-gauge movements. Altius Talent is recruiting a Project Logistics Coordinator to support project cargo execution. You will work with Project Managers, carriers, truckers and overseas agents to coordinate bookings, documentation and shipment progress, keeping customers informed throughout the movement. This is an opportunity to put your project cargo experience to work across multiple transport modes, with responsibility for the details that connect the transport plan to daily execution. WHAT YOU WILL COORDINATE Arrange and follow bookings across air, ocean, rail and specialised domestic transport Coordinate heavy haul, flatbed and out-of-gauge cargo movements within the project plan Prepare shipment documentation, permits and multimodal transport instructions Track freight and follow up with carriers, truckers and overseas agents Support Project Managers during execution and provide clear customer updates WHAT YOU WILL BRING At least three years of experience in project cargo or project logistics Experience across air, ocean, rail and specialised domestic freight Exposure to EPC, oil and gas or energy projects Strong shipment coordination, documentation and follow-through Project Cargo Specialists and Project Logistics Coordinators with this practical experience are relevant. You should be comfortable keeping track of where cargo is, what needs to happen next and which parties need to be involved.
