Semi Truck Wash Manager

Alpha Express Truck Wash is looking for a reliable, motivated, and hardworking Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations. We are seeking someone who can take responsibility for managing employees, handling administrative tasks, maintaining customer relationships, and helping grow the business. The ideal candidate must be organized, dependable, and willing to step in and work alongside employees when needed. This is a hands-on management position that requires both leadership and a strong work ethic. Key Responsibilities Daily Operations & Employee Management Oversee daily truck wash operations to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Create and manage employee work schedules. Monitor employee attendance, performance, and productivity. Handle employee call-outs and scheduling conflicts. Be willing and able to step in and wash trucks when employees are absent or additional help is needed. Ensure employees provide high-quality service and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally. Billing & Administrative Duties Prepare and manage customer invoices and billing. Maintain accurate records of payments, customer accounts, and daily transactions. Track outstanding invoices and follow up on unpaid balances. Organize business paperwork and maintain accurate records. Communicate with customers regarding billing questions and account information. Business Development & Customer Relationships Reach out to trucking companies, fleet operators, and transportation businesses to establish new commercial accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Promote truck wash services to potential business customers. Follow up with prospective customers and help secure new business. Identify opportunities to increase sales and grow the company's customer base. Qualifications Previous management or supervisory experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills. Basic computer skills and experience with invoicing, billing, and scheduling. Ability to multitask and solve problems independently. Strong customer service skills. Comfortable contacting businesses and building customer relationships. Dependable, punctual, and able to handle responsibility. Must be willing to perform physical truck washing duties when necessary. Experience in the trucking, transportation, fleet service, or truck wash industry is a plus.
