Semi Trailer & Dolly Mechanic

Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on trailers, including but not limited to air brake systems, suspension systems, and electrical systems - Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide appropriate solutions - Conduct inspections to ensure trailers are in compliance with safety regulations - Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed - Collaborate with team members to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently - Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner Skills: - Strong knowledge of air brake systems and trailer maintenance - Proficient in automotive repair techniques and procedures - Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients - Ability to use power tools and equipment for repairs and maintenance tasks - Familiarity with shocks, struts, and other suspension components - Experience in assembling and disassembling heavy equipment - Competent in operating tractor-trailers and other heavy machinery for testing purposes Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
