As a Dispatch Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will support a commercial real estate location by monitoring alarm and access control activity, coordinating responses to security-related incidents, and maintaining clear communication with tenants, visitors, and onsite teams. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Sat 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sun 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities. Receive, prioritize, and dispatch security-related calls, service requests, and incident notifications to appropriate personnel across the commercial property location. Monitor communication channels, access control systems, cameras, and alarm notifications; document activity and escalate concerns according to site procedures. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with onsite personnel and/or emergency responders as directed. Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, and shift handoff information while supporting regular and random patrol activity around the property and perimeter. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Experience with alarm panels is preferred. Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
