Job Overview Join our production team as a Second Shift Stocker and play an important role in keeping our machines supplied and production running smoothly. The Stocker is responsible for identifying materials needed for production, locating the correct stock, and transporting materials to the appropriate machines. This position helps ensure that machine operators have the materials they need to maintain continuous production during the second shift. The Stocker may also assist with bagging duties as needed. Key responsibilities include: Identify and locate the correct stock and materials needed for production. Transport materials to the appropriate machines in a timely manner. Help keep production areas organized and properly supplied. Monitor material needs to help prevent production delays. Assist machine operators and production staff as needed. Perform bagging duties when required. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. This position is a good fit for someone who is dependable, organized, able to work in a fast-paced production environment, and comfortable with material handling and warehouse-related duties. Requirements Previous warehouse experience or retail store experience preferred; familiarity with inventory control systems is a plus Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners safely and effectively Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory management and stock accuracy Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are advantageous for diverse team environments Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, and standing for extended periods during the shift Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments or stock levels Knowledge of safe lifting practices and warehouse safety procedures Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work during evening hours on the second shift; reliable attendance is essential Join us in creating an energetic workplace where your efforts directly impact customer satisfaction and operational success!
