About Us Southwick Linens is a small, family-owned specialty linen rental company that has been serving Arizona's event industry for over 18 years. We provide beautiful table linens and event accessories for weddings, corporate events, galas, and other special occasions throughout the Valley. We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Seasonal Warehouse Support Associate to join our team during our busy event season! Our warehouse is a fast-paced, hands-on environment where teamwork, organization, and attention to detail are essential. We're a small crew, so we're looking for someone who enjoys staying productive, takes pride in their work, and is willing to help wherever needed. What You'll Be Doing Count and verify linens returned from rental orders. Sort, organize, and properly store clean linens and inventory. Prepare outgoing rental orders by counting, bagging, and labeling linens. Inspect linens for quality, cleanliness, and accuracy. Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles as needed. Help maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse. Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse projects. Support other departments and assist with additional tasks as needed. Physical Requirements This is an active, hands-on position that requires: Standing and walking for extended periods. Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive movements. Lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 lbs. Working in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment and maintaining productivity throughout the shift. Handling, counting, and processing soiled items from events. Schedule & Employment Details Position: Seasonal, Part-Time Primary Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday Shift Options: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Additional hours may be available on Mondays and Fridays, depending on business needs.
